The Pattern Read is a single focused session where I look at one area of your life or work and tell you what I actually see.

Not what you hoped to hear. Not validation. A clear read.

What happens in the session:

You bring one area, a decision, a pattern, a stuck point, a transition you're navigating.

I listen, ask precise questions, and map what's actually going on versus what you think is going on.

By the end, you have:

  • A named pattern (what's actually running the show)

  • A named constraint (what's genuinely in the way)

  • One clear next move

  • A sense of how to orient, move, recover and stay with it.

This is for you if:

  • You want a clear outside perspective, not more processing

  • You're new here and want to see how I work before committing to more

  • You suspect you're solving the wrong problem

  • You're smart, self-aware, and still stuck

This is not for you if:

  • You want to yap and loop.

  • You want to skip the integration.

  • You're not ready to see your patterns and role in it

  • You need emotional support and trauma processing and recovery, not yet ready for strategic clarity.
